Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 全国探花 County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2025 [Prohibition of Waiting/Prohibition of Loading (Proposal and Revocation) on Court Road, Barnards Green, Malvern]
On 24 July 2025 全国探花 County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting/prohibit loading at any time and revoke 2 hour limited waiting Mon-Sat, 8am-6pm, no return within 2 hours on the following length of road in Malvern:
Court Road (southeast side): from a point 58.3 metres southwest of its junction with Barnards Green roundabout for a distance of 16 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 14 August 2025.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
