Bubble wrap cannot be recycled in your green recycling bin. Bubble wrap could be reused at home for packaging items. Otherwise you might be able to offer bubble wrap for reuse online.  As a last resort place it in your black/grey bin or the non-recyclable waste container at a Household Recycling Centre.
