Paint

Water based paints can be taken to a Household Recycling Centre and placed in the non-recyclable waste container.

Other paints, such as gloss paint, will need to be placed in the chemical store at the following HRC sites:

•   Bilford Road, Worcester
•   Droitwich (Hanbury)
•   Hallow Road, Worcester
•   Hereford (Rotherwas)
•   Kidderminster
•   Leominster
•   Malvern
•   Pershore (Hill & Moor)
•   Redditch
•   Stourport

Alternatively there are organisations that will take paint for community projects. Visit the website for more information.

Please do not put paint tins, even empty ones, in your green bin as the paint will contaminated the materials around it and result in them being disposed of instead of recycled.
