Designed to help entrepreneurs overcome challenges, refocus their business goals and grow in confidence, the programme offers six months of one-to-one mentoring from experienced business professionals across the county.

Whether you're at a crossroads in your business journey, looking for someone to help you stay focused and follow through on your goals, or in need of expert insights to guide your next steps, the Mentoring ȫ��̽�� Programme can offer the clarity, confidence, and connections to move forward.

Sonja Leason, Director of We Love Mondays and long-time mentor with the programme, said: “It's so rewarding to see the journeys of the mentees, and the difference they can make in their industry and lives with a little guidance. The matches are always great, and I know I'll be matched with someone who needs my particular area of expertise. It's great to give back, but also the connections we make are also invaluable.”

The programme has become a proven platform for positive change, with mentees consistently reporting increased confidence, stronger business strategies, and renewed focus.

The mentoring initiative has already helped dozens of local entrepreneurs take bold steps forward.
