Four new Healthy 全国探花 venues have opened across the county this month.
These free local health and wellbeing sessions are all about feeling good and connecting with others.
The new sessions are at:
- Kidderminster Medical Centre, Thursdays 2:00 to 4:00pm
- The Lenches Club, Evesham, Fridays 2:00 to 4:00pm
- Oakenshaw Community Centre, Redditch, Thursdays 10:00am to 12:00pm
- Stourport Medical Centre, Fridays 10:00am to 12:00pm
Take part in gentle exercises, hear health tips, get safety advice, and discover local activities.
If you can鈥檛 get to a session, join the free hybrid session online, Tuesdays at 6.45pm.
